If you were meaning to pick up Apple’s latest iPhone but didnt want to be tied to a contract, here’s good news for ya. Apple is now selling the unlocked iPhone 5 in the U.S.A.
Prices are the same as the unlocked iPhone 4S was last year, starting at $649 for the 16GB version, $749 for the 32GB version and $849 for the 64GB version, and they should work on GSM, HSPA_ and LTE networks (if you’re in a supported region for LTE). Ofcourse if you live in the UK or most parts of Europe, Apple already sells the unlocked iPhone 5 at full price for a while now.
